電動刀閘閥鑄鐵閥體采用整體式結(jié)構(gòu)刀閘閥,包括閥體,閘板和U型密封條,閥體中腔底部設(shè)有凹槽并裝有彈性U型密封條,當(dāng)閥門關(guān)閉時閘板下移,閘板底部邊緣與密封條接觸進(jìn)而壓縮密封條進(jìn)入凹槽中實(shí)現(xiàn)閥體和閘板的密封;當(dāng)?shù)堕l閥開啟時閘板上移,閘板底部邊緣與密封條脫離,密封條彈起與凹槽平整,能防止刀閘閥在使用過程中,介質(zhì)沉淀物積存在閥體中腔的凹槽里，不易堵塞、無殘留，管道清洗方便，從而有效提高刀閘閥的密封效果,防止閥門關(guān)閉時泄漏。使用壽命更長，維護(hù)更簡單；法蘭密封面鑲O型圈，無須另配法蘭墊片，安裝簡單方便，磨擦系數(shù)小，啟閉靈活，該系列刀閘閥可配電動可通過現(xiàn)場控制箱、現(xiàn)場電裝按鈕、遠(yuǎn)程PLC電動智能控制等附件可以完成開、關(guān)和調(diào)試的動作的自動控制。用戶可根據(jù)實(shí)際需要進(jìn)行選擇。

Cast Iron , with the overall structure,electric knife gate valve includes body,disc and U-seal, groove and flexible U-seal at the bottom of the cavity. Disc is moved down when valve is closed, the bottom edge of disc meets with the seal and then compresses into the groove to achieve sealing . Disc is moved up when knife gate valve is opened, the bottom edge of disc breaks from seal,

 Seal bounces up with groove formation to prevent media accumulated in the body cavity , not blocked easily and residue, pipe is cleaned easily ,and to prevent leakage when knife gate valve is closed .That improves knife gate valve's sealing effect effectively . With longer service life, simply maintenance ,flange O-ring sealing , without changing flange gasket,simply installation and small friction coefficient ,flexibly opening and closing, the series knife gate valve can be equipped with electric and controlled through on-site boxes, on-site Denso button and remote PLC inligent to achieve open and close. Users can choose based on themselves needs.
